We are often asked, “How long does it take to train in Advanced Colour Analysis?”
The answer varies. Unlike attending an in-person course for a set week, home study allows for flexibility, making the duration dependent on several factors.
Here are the 3 main factors which will dictate how long it will take:
- Your motivation to complete the course
- The amount of time you can dedicate to your studies
- Unpredictable life events such as illness or caregiving responsibilities
For example, one student recently completed the course after ten years, not studying continuously but resuming when life allowed. She was delighted to finally qualify. Conversely, two students who began in May and October 2019 respectively, finished within a few months by staying focused and adhering to a study schedule. Just this year, one student completed the course in just 12 weeks while balancing work and family.
Your personal tutor can help:
You’ll have a personal tutor available by phone, text, or email to answer any questions and ensure you never feel isolated.
You don’t need to share your plans with your tutor, but if you need occasional nudges or accountability, your tutor is there to help.
Is there a time limit?
Fortunately, there is no strict time limit for our courses. We encourage you to complete your training as soon as possible. Then you can start to develop your business or move on to the next stage. The first year of tuition is included, and we hope you’ll finish within this time, but we’re flexible and will support you as long as needed.
Our new marketing materials include “challenges” and exercises to help you get started quickly. Our monthly newsletter aims to deepen your knowledge of colour while providing marketing tips you can immediately apply to your business.
Are you a franchise company?
We are not a franchise, so how you use your skills after completing the course is entirely up to you. We’d love for you to offer Colourflair Colour Analysis sessions, as these can be life-changing for people, but if you have other ideas, that’s perfectly fine too.
